Registration Procedure

1. Registration Fee for all participants is ₹250/-

2. Do the payment on the QR code provided below or on UPI ID: chemtechfound@sbi

3. Take screenshot of Payment and note the UPI Transaction ID or UTR

4. Fill the Google form below and fill in the required details

5. Upload payment screenshot in the Google form

6. A copy of your Google form response will be emailed to you

7. Payment will be verified by our team and you will receive a confirmation email after 1 day

8. Please show the confirmation email to Registration Desk and they will provide you with Entry Badge and Delegate kit

Accomodation During the Program

1. Chemtech Foundation for this year, will not be able to provide dormitories / accommodation arrangement for this year's program.

2. However, we are sharing a list for nearby accommodations which students can book.

3. Prices for these range from ₹500 - ₹650 per night. 

4. It is suggested that students book the accommodation for following dates:

• Check in: 4th March 2025

• Check out: 7th March 2025

5. Total cost of accommodation for 3 days will range from ₹1500 - ₹1900 per student.
